When it comes to termite inspections, we prioritize thoroughness and professionalism. We meticulously examine every part of your property, both inside and out, ensuring adherence to Australian Standards and the AEPMA Industry Best Practices. As per industry requirements, if we can access your roof void or under your house, we'll inspect it too.
Arriving with state-of-the-art equipment, we utilize advanced tools like moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, and the sophisticated Termatrac radar system. The best part? There are no hidden charges. We include these additional inspection tools as standard for EVERY inspection. Once our inspection is complete, you'll receive a comprehensive digital report filled with photos and advice.
Constantly staying updated with the latest industry insights is essential to us. We're committed to clear transparent communication, ensuring you're fully informed and understand all aspects of our findings. Once you receive your report, we are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the findings at your home. Don’t sit back wondering – pick up the phone or send us an email and ask.
Pre-Purchase Timber Inspections
Buying a home is both exciting and scary.
We use the latest non-invasive detection equipment such as moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras and Termatrac motion (radar) detection devices to ensure we are through with your new home or investment property. A fully illustrated digital report is issued to you via email after the inspection which includes photos of any issues and recommendations and what you should know prior to going unconditional on your purchase.
Both our technical manager and our senior technicians can help you with your pre-purchase timber pest inspection needs. We encourage you to be onsite during the inspection and to ask any questions you might have. We guarantee a 24 hour turn around on the timber pest inspection report and offer a phone consultation to discuss the report with you once you have had a chance to read it.
We recommend that you use a licensed and experienced termite management technician for the pre-purchase timber pest inspection and a licensed builder for the pre-purchase building inspection. Using one person to do both inspections can be problematic as they will usually only have the field experience in one of these areas. Two different professionals, doing the inspection for their individual area of expertise allows for two different sets of eyes each focusing on one component.
