If a booking has not been secured by your tenants within 48 hours a follow up phone call is made directly to them. If no contact can be made with the tenant, we will issue an entry notice directly to the tenants and forward a copy to you for your records. Our technicians will collect and return keys to your office if needed for access. An invoice is issued on completion of onsite works and any supporting documentation like inspection reports are issued directly to you either the same day or the following business day. Our aim is to turn around your work order with 7 days and our promise is to keep you informed during the entire process.
