Pet-Friendly Services
Our technicians are trained to adjust their approach based on your pets. Whether you have dogs, cats, fish, birds, snakes, chickens, or pocket pets they are a part of your family, and their well-being is our priority. Speak to Dani if you would like to know of any safety precautions you can help us with to protect your pets.
As professionals we are well practiced at identifying possible contamination issues such as pet water bowels or food bowels, pet chew toys, personal items that are in unusual places etc. Poisoning of non-target animals such as possums (which are protected) is unacceptable, we always use lockable rodent stations for baiting etc.
Carefully selected products and application methods:
It’s important that products are specifically selected for where they are being used e.g. domestic homes, these products should be low allergen, low odour, with high enough toxicity to do the job and at the same time low enough for your family’s safety. These products also need to be UV stable, mix efficiently and stay mixed during application and in the case of termiticides they also need to perforate through soil efficiently as well as binding to the soil and staying where they are put for the time the label states.
Our technicians are trained to choose products, mix them and apply them safely. Using professional equipment that is well maintained is a highly understated aspect of professional pest management and is a major difference between DIY and licence professional services.
