We are a family owned and operated company. With over 20 years of industry experience; there is no situation we have not seen. Our team is fully licensed through Queensland Health, for both termite and pest management activities, including additional licensing for high-risk and sensitive places. We hold a Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC formally known as BSA) license.Having active memberships in both Master Builders Association and the Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association, along with attending conferences and professional development training seminars hosted by manufactures and insurers, allows us to stay up to date with all industry advancements. Tough on Termites holds a permit to treat Red Imported Fire Ants with Biosecurity and we are PestCert accredited.
We have technicans who live in Ipswich and Brisbane. Our technicians travel as far north as Landsborough, as south as the Gold Coast as west as Sommerset Shire and everywhere in between. We are born and bred Ipswich and Brisbane residents that know the challenges our local environment poses regarding pest and termite management.

The team is led by Chris and Dani, who both work hands on in the business every day whilst raising their 5 children and participating in their local community which is the Centenary Suburbs and Ipswich area. Their children attend 3 of the local schools, as well as being part of local sporting clubs and a local church. With the whole family being animal lovers, they have a Groodle, a Labrador, 2 Cats, 2 Guinea Pigs and 6 Chickens. When Chris isn’t watching the latest movie or playing video games with the kids, you will find him outside gardening, camping or bushwalking. You can usually find Dani with the kids at the local roller-skating rink (Skateaway Bundamba), having fun with messy craft activities or behind a good book.Having a busy family of their own, including an ASD3 child, means that they know the hustle and bustle juggling act families face today.
Geordie joined the team in 2022. He and his partner love eating good food and you will often find them trying out new restaurants.
Geordie is originally from Melbourne and his partner is from Brazil, they now call the Southern suburbs of Brisbane home with their fur child (Darryl) and they spend most weekends together at the beach.
